The Nantahala Mountain Resort Property Owners Association was first established in October of 2017. Our private gated community is located in the heart of the Nantahala National Forest, just minutes away from the world renowned Nantahala River. All of the homes in our community are built exclusively with a traditional log cabin style, and feature large lot sizes and well maintained roads. We also have a beautiful common area with ponds, waterfalls, and a gazebo for the benefit of all property owners and their guests.
